Mini-Wheats

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Pinto Bean Flour

2-1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour

3 Tbsp Dry Milk Powder

1/4 Cup Canola Oil

2 Tbsp Dry Active Yeast

2 Tbsp Honey

1/4 Cup Water & 1-1/4 Cup Water

1-1/2 Tsp Salt

Sesame Oil and Sesame Seeds

Directions:

Preparation - Combine 1/4 cup of water with yeast and honey. In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients but use only half of the flour. Mix well, let rest while the yeast rises to double. Add yeast mixture and then the remaining flour a little at a time to make a smooth dough. Cut and shape into 4 mini-loaves. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Cover and allow to rise double in a warm place. Brush the loaves with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds. If desire, combine 2 Tsp mayonnaise and 1 Tsp vegetable oil and spread with the sesame oil before sprinkling with sesame seeds
Cooking - Bake at 375F for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Add a sugar or sweet topping to your taste
