Rita Bingham's Wheat Chips - Vegan

Ingredients:

1 Cup + 2 Tbsp Water

1 Tsp White Bean Flour

1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

1/2 Tsp Salt or use No-Salt Seasoning Blend

Directions:

Preparation - Blend Water and Flour until smooth. Stir in seasoning. Spoon batter onto a baking sheet with a light coat of cooking spray. Sprinkle each circle of batter lightly with sesame seeds, poppy seeds or Parmesan Cheese.
Cooking - Bake at 350F for 8 minutes or until edges curl and center is set. Turn over and bake another 2-5 minutes until golden and crisp.
