✔ 2 Cups Cassava Flour (by weight)
✔ 1/2 Cup Water
✔ 1 Cup Coconut or Almond Milk
✔ 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
✔ 1 Tsp Salt
✔ 2 Tsp Garlic Granules
✔ 1 Tsp Cracked Pepper
✔ Olive Oil for Cooking
Directions: Combine the ingredients in a medium bowl, mix until well combined. The dough should stick together and be smooth. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts and shape into balls. Roll and pat each ball into a thin tortilla on parchment paper. Use a little cassava flour if sticking.
Cooking: Cook each using a little oil for 1-3 minutes on each side to your preference for crispyness. You'll do this one at a time. Serve rolled or flat with your desired ingredients. Enjoy!
