Almond Flour Biscuits - Vegan


1-1/2 Cups Almond Flour

1 Tsp Baking Powder

Salt (to your taste)

2 Tbsp Honey

4 Large Eggs

5 Tbsp Ghee or Butter (if you're not cooking Paleo).


Directions: Pre-heat oven to 325F. Melt the ghee or butter in a small saucepan and whisk in the honey - allow to cool. Mix the eggs and almond flour well, folding as needed and then add the ghee/honey mixture - mixing well. Dollop large spoonfuls of batter onto a lined baking sheet (makes 8) and keep 1" apart.
Cooking: Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
