✔ 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
✔ 1/4 Cup White Rice Flour
✔ 1/2 Cup White Sugar
✔ 3 Cups Milk
✔ 1/4 Cup Unsalted Pistachios or other nut as an option
Directions: Combine 1/2 cup milk and rice flour in a medium bowl. Combine the remaining milk, sugar and almond flour in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil on medium heat. Stir one quarter of the boiling mixture into the rice flour mixture and return to the pan. Boil and stir frequently for about a minute, reduce to low and simmer for 30 minutes. Pour into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled. Serve with sprinkled, crushed nuts. Enjoy!
