Beef Chili


2 cups of beans

1/2 lb of ground beef

1/2 Cup diced onions

1/2 Cup diced onions

12 oz Can of undrained, diced tomatos

8 oz Can of drained whole kernel corn

1 Can Rotel tomatos

1/2 Tsp ground cumin

1/2 Tsp garlic powder

1/2 Tsp black pepper

1/2 Tsp chili powder


This is perfect with our Chili Mix consisting of Pinto, Red and Black Beans - half a bag!

Prepare and soak 2 Cups of Beans to your preferred method or our recommended methods found on the Prep and Storage page. Separately, brown about a half a pound of Ground Beef or Hamburger Meat. Combine the cooked beans with the meat and add 1/2 Cup diced onions, 12 oz Can of undrained, diced tomatos, 8 oz Can of drained whole kernel corn, 1 Can Rotel tomatos, 1/2 Tsp Each of ground cumin, garlic powder, black pepper and chili powder.

Cook 2 hours on high in a crock pot or 1 hour+ in a pot on the stove on medium to medium high. Like the recipe above, this proportions really well. Serve with cheese and sour cream as a topping and Enjoy!
