Christy's Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients:

2 Cups Black beans

4 Cloves Garlic

1/2 Cup Red Onion

1 Egg - chopped fine

1 Tsp Chiles in Adobo

1 Tsp Kosher Salt

1 Tsp Pepper (Fresh Cracked)

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tsp Cumin

1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs.

Directions:

On the Grill or in the Pan!

Mix ingredients in a medium sized bowl and shape into patties to your size preference. Use a grill mat on the gas grill to cook - make sure they are firm checking with a fork or cook on the stovetop checking for firmness but not over-cooking. Top with Lettuce, Tomato and your favorite condiments = Yum!
