Chuck Wagon Stew Chili


2/3 cup pinto beans

2/3 cup red beans

2/3 cup black beans

1 pound stew meat

1 cup diced onion

28oz can of undrained, diced tomatos

15oz Can of drained whole kernel corn

1 Can of rotel tomatos

1 Tsp ground cumin

1/2 Tsp garlic powder

1/2 Tsp black pepper

1 Tsp chili powder


This serves 6 to 8! Cook 3 kinds of beans (we prefer Pinto, Red and Black) at 2/3 Cup each (total of 2 Cups) OR 1 bag of our Chili Mix Beans to your preferred method. Prepare and soak the beans using your method or our recommended methods found on the Prep and Storage page. Separately, brown about 1 pound of stew meat. Combine the cooked beans with the stew meat and add 1 Cup diced onions, 28oz Can of undrained, diced tomatos, 15oz Can of drained whole kernel corn, 1 Can of rotel tomatos, 1 Tsp ground cumin, 1/2 Tsp garlic powder, 1/2 Tsp black pepper and consider 1 Tsp chili powder.

Cook 2 hours on high in a crock pot or 1 hour+ in a pot on the stove on medium to medium high. Very filling!
