✔ 1 Cup White Rice Flour
✔ 1-1/2 Cups Water (or more if needed for a light consistency)
✔ Vegetable or Canola Oil for cooking
✔ Salt for taste.
Directions: Mix the flour and water thoroughly to form a thin batter with no clumps. Heat a non-stick skillet to medium and place a large spoonful in the center and work it into a larger circle (5-6"). Spoon 2-3 Tsp oil in the center and sides. When small holes form, turn it over and cook for another 30 seconds. Place in an oven to keep warm until all batter is used. Fill with chutney, curry or another filling to your preference and roll. Serve and Enjoy!
