Mexican Bean Gravy - Vegan


4 Tbsp Pinto Bean Flour

1 Tsp Chicken or Vegetable Soup Base

1/2 Tsp Cumin

1/2 Tsp Chili Powder

2 Cups Water


Preparation - Mix all of the ingredients together and stir out any lumps
Cooking - Heat for 5-6 minutes on medium high heat
Serving - Serve over patties, loaves, tamales, enchilidas or corn bread
ideas - Add 1 Tbsp green chilis or 2 Tbsp chopped onions for a little more spice
