Microwave on high for 1:45 to 2:00 minutes to your preference and then let cool for 2 minutes. If you like the lumps, leave them or use a spoon to break them down - they are cooked. For a healthier oatmeal, mix in 1 Tsp Flax before heating. See below for tasty adds to your oatmeal.
