Rita's Clamless Chowder


7 Cups Boiling Water

2 Cups Grated Potatos

1 Cup Grated Onions

1-1/2 Cup Grated Carrots

1 Cup Clam Juice

1/2 Cup White Bean Flour

2 Cups Cooked Lima Beans


Preparation - Combine all but cooked beans and flour
Cooking - Cook over medium high heat 15 minutes or until tender. Stir bean flour into 1 Cup cool water and then whisk into hot soup. Add lima beans and cook an additional 5 -7 minutes. Serves 6-8.
