✔ 7 Cups Boiling Water
✔ 1 Large Onion - chopped
✔ 4 Cups Shredded Potatos
✔ 2 Cups Frozen Peas
✔ 2 Tsp Chicken or Vegetable Soup Base
✔ 1/2 Tsp Pepper
✔ 1/3 Cup White Bean Flour
Preparation - Cook the first 3 ingredients on medium-high heat until the potatos are tender (about 20 minutes), Stir bean flour into 1 Cup cool water and add to the soup with remaining ingredients.
Cooking - Cook until thick and then reduce heat to low, cover and cook for about 5 minutes to blend flavors. Serve topped with fresh parsley. Serves 4-6.
