Bean Girl's own Corn Meal Muffin and Cornbread Mix. Make your own Gluten Free moist and delicious muffins or cornbread to go with a wide range of dishes including Pinto or White Beans, Red Beans & Rice and many more. We don't use potato starch, rice flour or xanthum gum in our product. Each package contains two mix packs with dry ingredients pre-mixed. Each mix pack will make 12 muffins or a 10 to 12 inch skillet of cornbread. Total time is about 40 minutes from start to serve. Ingredients provided: Gluten Free Cornmeal, White Bean Flour, Tapioca Flour, our Baking Powder and Salt. You provide eggs, corn oil, Karo light corn syrup, whole kernel corn, shredded Monterey Jack Cheese with an option for jalapenos. Net Weight: 21 oz or 1.3 pounds
