Our Plant-Based, Gluten Free, Organic Egg Replacer for Scrambled Eggs and Omelets. Each container will provide 40+ eggs and you only need water - this is the equivalent of 3 containers of Just Egg. Each egg equivalent has over 4 grams of Protein. We grow the Mung Beans on our farm and the delicious taste is enhanced by Kala Namak (Black Salt). We include other organic ingredients to enhance the flavor and help produce a great texture. This is not for baking - we use the Arrowroot/Water combination. You don't have to worry about expiration dates as this is a dry product and comes in a sealed container which can be re-sealed.
